Terms and conditions
- Minimum order quantity = 100
- Lead time on orders: On large quantities (thousands) we require 6 weeks from confirmation date of order placed.
- A 10% surcharge will apply when orders are placed on short notice(Less than 14 working days). (These items are made by unemployed people.)
- Please note that work does not commence unless a 50% deposit is paid.
- Bead work translation of logos and special designs:
A design fee of R 150-00 will be charged for the production and design of a sample and this fee includes R 50-00 for delivery in Gauteng. R 100-00 will be charged for samples and design thereof outside Gauteng - delivery is for the clients' account.
The design fee will be credited should an order be placed.
