Please note that that 100 candles across the range are kept in stock - larger quantities will have to be ordered and delivery will take six week unless exported.

Minimum order quantity = 5 per type of candle
These candles are manufactured from Chinese wax. Metal cord wicks are used. No pigments are used in the manufacturing process, as the candles are all hand painted afterwards.
Burn times depend on the size of the candle.
Tip: Extend the use of these candles by carefully pouring the wax out while burning. A wax shell will form. Place a tea light candle inside the shell and enjoy the light shining through the traditional Ndebele patterns.
Lead time on orders: On large quantities (thousands) we require 6 weeks from confirmation date of order placed.
A 10% surcharge will apply when orders are placed on short notice(Less than 14 working days). (These items are made by unemployed people.)
No VAT applies - Anaphase Promotions cc is not VAT registered.
Samples: Samples are available at quoted price + R 50-00 delivery in Gauteng. Delivery of samples outside Gauteng will be for the customer's account. If the order is placed, the costs of the samples will be deducted.
No special designs will be made for these candles.
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if received in writing one day from placement of order. A 10% handling fee will be charged if the order has been placed at the supplier already.
Delays caused by suppliers or printers are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation of order.
Orders are subject to 50% deposit, 50% COD. Bank interest rates will be charged on any outstanding accounts (only applicable in cases where special arrangements have been made).
All quotes are valid for a 15 day period and subject to stock availability, supplier pricing and exchange rate fluctuations if applicable.
Delivery outside Gauteng is for the customer's account

SUPPLIERS CLOSE FROM 15 DECEMBER TO 15 JANUARY EVERY YEAR, PLEASE PLACE ORDERS EARLY IF CONFERENCES ARE ANTICIPATED DURING DECEMBER OR EARLY JANUARY. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 4-6 WEEKS FROM SAMPLE APPROVAL FOR PRODUCTION (DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME ORDERED)
