Details:
- Please note that Anaphase Promotions cc does not carry stock of items.
- Please state quantity, color, printing and expected deadline date upon order enquiry
- Availability of stock and pricing will be confirmed prior to official placement of orders.
- We require a copy of the logo in .JPG .EPS or .CDR format. Mail to this address
- Minimum order quantity of 50.
- No VAT applies - Anaphase Promotions cc is not VAT registered.
- Samples:
- Samples are available at quoted price + R 50-00 delivery in Gauteng. Delivery of samples outside Gauteng will be for the customer's account. If the order is placed, the costs of the samples will be deducted.
- Print samples will cost ZAR 480-00. If samples are accepted, the setup, postive and screen costs will not be paid again. (R 300-00)
- Engraving will be quoted upon request.
- Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if received in writing one day from placement of order. A 10% handling fee will be charged if the order has been placed at the supplier already.
- Delays caused by suppliers or printers are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation of order.
- Orders are subject to 50% deposit, 50% COD. Bank interest rates will be charged on any outstanding accounts (only applicable in cases where special arrangements have been made).
- All quotes are valid for a 15 day period and subject to stock availability, supplier pricing and exchange rate fluctuations if applicable.
- Delivery outside Gauteng is for the customer's account
